At MG we offer a 6-year/200,000km (whichever comes first)* manufacturer backed warranty on all our cars, including those sold through our fleet division. A manufacturer backed warranty, as opposed to a warranty extended by an insurance company, provides our customers comfort knowing that the brand stands behind the quality of its product.
Strong Network Of Service Centers
Our extensive network of service centers provides our fleet customers peace of mind knowing we are close-by when needed. Spread across Kuwait, our numerous service centers save our fleet customers time allowing them to get back to operations as quickly as possible.
At the heart of our service center network is the state-of-the-art servicing facility located in our flagship showroom in Al-Rai, which has been fitted with industry leading machinery.
Focus On Parts Availability
We understand that the availability of parts is of utmost importance to our fleet customers that need to have their cars running constantly. As such, we have invested in large warehousing facilities dedicated solely to the storage of MG parts.
Additionally, MG’s success in the region allowed it to invest in a parts facility in Jebel Ali, Dubai to make sure that regional distributers have quick access to parts when needed.
This has allowed MG Kuwait to achieve an industry leading parts availability rate.
