1. Payment

2. All retail work approved by the customer requires 50% advance payment for the work to proceed.
Note: The balance of payment is due on completion before release of the vehicle.
3. All customers sending the vehicle to service with a driver, or representative, must provide consent with the driver or a purchase order. A Copy of civil ID and written approval will be accepted for non-corporate/government vehicles.
4. All invoices must be settled before any vehicle will be released, except those with a purchase order, a confirmed credit account or repaired under warranty.
5. The company reserves the right to keep the vehicle in possession until full payment is received.
6. The company is not responsible for any damage to the vehicle such as, but not limited to, flat spotted tires, flat battery or any other issue resulting from long delays collecting the vehicle after completion.
7. If the customer fails to collect the vehicle and settle any invoice in reasonable time (3 working days after completion) the company reserves the right to impose a 5 KD (five Kuwait Dinars) fee for a period of one month. If the vehicle is not collected after one month, the company reserves the right to dispose of the vehicle as it sees fit.
8. All work / Job orders and invoices are raised in the name of the current owner of the vehicle as written on the registration document. This is irrespective of who presents the car for service (see point 3).
9. The customer has the right to object to any of the terms or conditions written in these terms, prior to the signing of this document.
10. If the customer has not raised any objection at the time of signing it will be considered that the terms and conditions are accepted by the customer or their representative in the entirety.
11. Any objection to the terms and conditions on delivery of the vehicle after repair will be considered null and void.
12. The customer acknowledges that any valuables or loose items left in the vehicle are not the responsibility of the company.
13. The company has the authority to complete the approved repairs if no approval has been received from the customer (warranty and pre-paid) after 14 days by default.
